“The Earthbound” Guild

The Earthbound is a community oriented multi-gaming guild, founded on world pvp but ended up attracting pvers based on our community and structure. No gear score or achievement requirements to join, since it has nothing to do with skill or team work (except of those that raided with you ;P ). Open to all classes since our size and available hours do some funny things (i.e. sometimes we actually have too many healers for pvp, believe it or not). We honestly prefer people over their characters ;P However, we have a sub-guild that controls raiding, so additional restrictions apply for those who are only looking to raid .

We may be casual, but we're no slouches. We have never spammed trade chat for members, and have brief interviews with all recruits. This helps us avoid most loot whores and brain dead folk, and our community tends to drive off lamers as soon as they reveal themselves. The remaining people are fairly competent: our first raid put us above several other guilds formed before us that zerg recruited.

Hardcore raiders searching for realm firsts should look elsewhere, unless their wish is to find a stable home in case drama strikes.
