“Misplaced Priorities” Guild

<Misplaced Priorities> is a progression raiding guild. We raid on a three day schedule. Our goal is to experience and progress through all end game content that Blizzard provides using a short raid week. We are serious about the guild's advancement and progression.

Raid Schedule
Tuesday: 9:15pm - 12:15am Server Time
Wednesday: 9:15pm - 12:15am Server Time
Monday: 9:15pm - 12:15am Server Time

(Server Time is Central)

We run 10 mans on off nights, days vary. These runs are not required.

A few things about us:
Commitment
We expect a team spirit, a drive to succeed, attentiveness, the ability to play within our scheduled raid times, and promptness. To reward you for your commitment, we will do everything we can to ensure our raid time is spent as efficiently as possible

Your Role and Responsibility
If you are unfamiliar with the content we are attempting, it is your responsibility to do research on our forums or elsewhere to be prepared.

You must maintain an excellent attendance rate (90%+). If you cannot make a raid, please post on the forums letting us know.

You must have a great understanding of your class. We are not here to teach you how to play the game. Ensure your gear is in top shape, ready for 25 man content, with gems and enchants and that you are properly spec'd.

Misplaced Priorities runs using an EPGP system.

Behavior
- We want people who study boss strategies by themselves and share what they have learned on our forums.

- We want people who have the desire to constantly improve their play. You must be able to take constructive criticism in order to improve your play. If you fail at a boss, or at a specific mechanic, you will be called out on it. Not all criticism will be polite, so having thick skin is a must.

Raid Spots
Raiding Spots are earned. You are expected to prove your worth to the raid on every single raid night. If you are not pulling your weight, expect to be sat out for someone who will.
