What we at Ascendant expect from all guild members
-You must have the patience and understanding for raid progression. Yes there will be wipes, yes mistakes can happen, but we will continue to progress until we are done. There is zero tolerance for anyone who cannot be patient with progression and leaves during raids. That being said, during progression, there will be nights where we are close to downing a boss and will extend raid times to complete the down. If you are joining raid progression, you will be expected to stay when raid nights are extended.

-Common courtesy to your follow raid members is a must. No verbally attacking other guild members or harassing anyone. Mistakes do happen, you need to be understanding.

-We have 4 required addons that you must download and maintain for raid nights. No addons means no loot for you. They are:

Deadly Boss Mods (DBM)
EPGPLootmaster
epgp (dkp reloaded)
Angry Assignments.
-Progression nights are important and we need all members in raid-ready condition. We do not tolerate people being drunk or high during raid times to the point where they cannot communicate or function properly. You can have a drink during raid, don't over do it. You will be removed if it becomes a problem.

-Bring all of your own flasks, food, runes, etc. Even though some may be provided to you during raid, you are expected to always be prepared. We have many people with crafting abilities that are more than happy to help you get the supplies you need.

- You must be able to communicate over voice comms during raids. You must also know when you should keep your comments to yourself during fights. You are expected not to talk over Raid Leads and Assists. If you need to say something important during a fight, but the Raid Lead is talking, whisper them instead of interrupting them.

What we are looking for- We are looking for patient players that are willing to be called on at any moment for raid. People whom respect Raid & Guild leader as well as our officers. We are a very experienced raid group and close together so we expect you to have a good personality and know when to joke around and when to not!
We need people who can take different roles for raid and can take criticism with out getting upset
