Insidion is a former serious guild that has been together since TBC
with an exception of MoP where most of us had quit the game. We
have reformed with almost all of our previous core players and
leadership as a semi-serious guild that is looking for serious
players that no longer desire the hardcore schedule.
Current raid days are Wednesday 8:30-1130p and Sunday 7:30-1030p server time (EST).
Here are a couple quick bullets that might interest potential recruits; what can you expect from this guild?
* Standards. We have standards that we enforce as best we without creating a hostile environment.
* Organization. There is a clear structure within the guild that ensures that every aspect of a raid guild is being handled. Our ranks actually have meaning here and those not doing what they are supposed to be doing within their rank will be removed from their rank.
* Quality. We try to do everything we can to make the most of our raid nights so that we can maximize the 2 raid nights we have.
* Relaxed but focused atmosphere. There is no yelling, but you will get called out for fucking up. The raid atmosphere is not hostile like some progression guilds, but we're focused on getting the job done so that we can get back to our lives.
* Everyone in the guild matters. We try to address all concerns, entertain all suggestions and adapt as best we can.
* We focus on progression, but we are not competitve; we will not be racing for server firsts or anything like that.
* Yes we will likely be doing Mythic content as the group matures.
* Most of our officers have raided in World top 30 guilds
* Insidion was formerly known as Phoenix, and had consistently held top 3 positions as both Insidion and Phoenix across the two servers we had been part of. We plan on reclaiming this before long.
The guild disbanded in cata only due to a large number of people quitting the game completely. In the 4 years we were together, we had only experience ONE gquit. It's a good place to be. We have no elitist assholes and will not be allowing any into our guild; no one wants to go back to that.
