Dominance is recruiting for progression raiding. We are a guild that is centered around assuring that everyone is getting the individual attention to their role in the raid group that they deserve. We are staunch advocates of the whole guild progressing through focusing on individual development of each of our raid members.

What we offer:

We offer low cost raiding by reducing the majority of normal raiding costs including repairs for progression content, consumables, crafting materials, etc...

We offer a family-like atmosphere with lots of opportunity for those willing to put forth the effort.

We offer a transparent Loot System that leaves no question on where you stand when it comes to loot drops through the use of the EPGP system.

We offer a Raid schedule that is easily adaptable and makes productive use of the time focused on raiding.

Raid Schedule
Wednesday: 5:15pm - 8:30pm PST
Thursday: 5:15pm - 8:30pm PST

Off nights usually have raids in non-focus content, follow up raids for those that may have missed a boss or Guild Achievement runs.

Guild Loot System
Loot distribution is done in a fair and equitable manner with the goal of increasing our PVE success through the EPGP system. It is a system we've been using for nearly 4 years and have found it to be the fairest and most reinforcing of our raid goals. Opinions vary, but it has always worked well for us.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for people that foremost have the right mindset for raiding and that understand that raiding is a constantly evolving part of the game. Those that are new to raiding and would like to learn, those that have never raided and would like to try it out or those looking to help others enjoy raiding are encouraged to apply.

Also, if you are looking for a guild to contribute and grow with, that strives off a ethic of integrity and collaboration then keep reading. We are a guild that is run more like a family, where skill and attitude will always outweigh gear when raiding.

Classes Needed:

Applications for classes that are listed as Closed will be reviewed in a case by case basis. We certainly would not want to turn away anyone that is a perfect fit for the guild and the guild for them, but we do keep our roster trim to avoid sit rotations.

Casuals are welcome to the guild (as long as they abide by our guild policies) for those not able to meet the raid schedule, still working on their gear in order to raid or those looking for a good place to grow with.

We do not recruit for casual or bench spots in our Raid group, but our casual members are always encouraged to apply for a Raider position should one become available or they feel they can commit to the Raid group's progression. They are also the first we look to should a spot become available in the Raid group.
