Clique is a friendly, older (in terms of members' average age),
social, semi-hardcore raiding guild looking for new members. We
operate on a first name basis inside the guild, and any and all are
welcome to join that mesh well with our guild values.
That said, when it comes to the raid team, our priority is in recruiting above-average ranged DPS, as the majority of our raid team DPS is melee. If you can pull 180k+ dps while following raid mechanics, we want to hear from you!
Raiding schedule is based off weekly availability--members let the raid leaders know what nights they are/aren't available throughout the week, and we raid as often as peoples' schedules allow (usually 1-2 times a week). If you're worried this means that we go extended periods of time without raiding, never fear; we've been using this system for years and it hasn't happened yet. If it does, we'll come up with a new, better system.
