“Decemvirate” Guild

Decemvirate of Hyjal is a raiding guild on the Horde-side looking for more for weekend raiding. Our raid team consists of dedicated, competent players who have come together to successfully raid to and through the Mists of Pandaria content on weekends. We take pride in raiding while conquering heroic content at a respectable pace. We are seeking quality players to join our team.


Raid Schedule:
Normal raids - Saturday & Sunday @ 7:00PM – 9:00PM PST Monday 7:00PM (server time)

Goals
Decemvirate intends to remain a competent raiding guild with our focus on successful progression through both current and future raiding content.

Code of Conduct
Decemvirate guild members understand that they are a direct representation of the guild. As such, our members carry themselves with respect in-game and only behave in ways that positively reflect the status of the guild. Our guild members do not troll or berate others in any type of public forum (i.e., trade, group, forums, etc.).

Attendance Policy
Decemvirate raiders are expected to attend 100% of raids with the exception of emergencies (e.g., power outages, computer issues, health-related, etc.) or planned leave of absence (e.g., work-related, vacation, health-related, etc.).

Whenever possible, our raiders are required to inform the guild of their upcoming and/or potential absence, ahead of time, in the appropriate guildsite forum- Attendance. In the case of an emergency, our raiders are required to leave a reason for their absence, after-the-fact, at their earliest convenience in said forum.

If we find that a raider cannot comply with our attendance policy and/or meet our raid times, we will open recruitment for their position to seek a reliable, permanent replacement.


Vent Policy
Decemvirate raiders are required to have Ventrilo and a working mic (just in case!) to participate in our raids. During raids, keep Vent clear so that our assigned raid leader can effectively lead our team without any unnecessary distractions, and assign directions to team members.


Although we are a guild of adults, our raiders are expected to use respectful language when talking on Vent (as well as in chat), so as not to offend anyone.

Unless requested by our assigned raid leader, do not interrupt and/or try to override the instructions given to us by our assigned raid leader. If you have different ideas or suggestions, respectfully convey your ideas in the appropriate guildsite forum- Raid Boss Stratagies.
