This will be a small raid team at start. Once we get a solid core group we will start to add more and more skilled players to our roaster for mythic progression. Guild Leader, Officers, and the Raid Leader are very skilled players as well as the rest of the team.
We are a *SEMI HARD CORE PROGRESSION GUILD* This means if you want to be a part of our team you need to put in the time and effort. We expect you to know the class you decide to play. Consistently low damage, healing, tanking, or failure to grasp the mechanics of the fight in a timely manner will result in a bench for the fight. WE believe in 2nd chances. Hell sometimes 3rd times a charm but if the problem persist... You know the drill. This also applies to missing raid. If you drink during raid please respect others in mumble and your teammates. RC Loot Council will be used once we no longer have to pug. Raid Leader, Guild Leader, and Officers have the final say in loot. Please know that you WILL get loot and there is a MeThOd To ThE MaDnEsS!
We hang out in mumble a lot and we have a few chatter boxes that go on and on. We help each other out the best we can when asked and we leave the drama at the connect button.
