-Schedule-
We are a guild that raids 3 nights a week, although that is subject to change with new content : Tuesday,weds,thursday nights 9-12 server time (CST). We expect people to show up on time and ready. We raid for 3 hours and normally take a 5 min break within the 3 hours that we raid.
-Atmosphere-
Please be able to take a joke and also constructive criticism. If you are not able to take advise to better yourself, then you won't last long. We always expect our guildies to strive to better their performance in raids.
-Experience-
The guild itself has been working on pushing for better progress since we rebuilt in Legion, some of the officer core has been playing and raiding since early TBC.
-Our Expectation-
We don't expect recruits to come in being the most perfect raiders. We do however expect them to try to be better, have the willingness to learn and must learn quickly to get a core spot. Although there are other raids to get into other than the core group such as alt raids that will run on a different days and times.
