“The Evicted” Guild

Guild Goals & Expectations:
Our goal for BFA will be to remain competitive with the top guilds on Illidan while maintaining a friendly environment. We encourage all raiders to help one another and assess each others performance so that we can push ourselves to become the best we can be. We also encourage alt runs for those that wish to play multiple toons and role.

As a raider in The Evicted, you will be required to keep up and analyze the changes your class and spec go through as well as learn the strategies/mechanics of fights before hand. You will also be required to assess your own personal performance to not only better yourself but to also better the raid team so we can push for fast, clean kills. We expect our raiders to adapt to critical changes on the fly as well as maintain full raid awareness during each encounter. Our best raiders are very passionate about their class performance and roles and are always willing to go the distance.

Most importantly: You must be willing to play as a team member - setting aside personal glory for guild priorities.

Progression is TOP priority - gear comes with progression and is only a means to an end. If your focus is on gearing out, this is not the place for you.

We do not tolerate drama and we also will not carry anyone: EVERYONE must be willing to put in 110 PERCENT effort.

Remember, we are here to have fun while maintaining a friendly, competitive environment.




Raids:
We expect our raiders to be vocal and willing to communicate - raiders are also required to have Discord installed and configured. Raiders must be reactive - you need to be very aware of what is happening and adapt on the fly in the event shit hits the fan - make the best of any situation and have knowledge of the fights before hand.

Core raiders are expected to show up to every fight - we do understand real life can interfere and that is ok. But if you know you'll be absent, we need to know as far in advanced as possible so we can plan for our replacement in advance. Our best raiders value their raid time and typically have perfect attendance - we expect the same from you.

If you are one that maintains alt's at a relatively similar pace as your main, that makes you an even greater asset to our goals to aid in optimizing raid comps to increase our progression efficiency. We also expect raiders to sit in the event we need to swap someone out to aid in progression efficiency.

We are here to have fun while getting down to business - criticism will be given when needed and should be expected. If you cannot handle criticism, this may not be the place.


Raid Times:
The first week raids are made available we will run a solid group to establish our raiding core. After the first week, expect to be offered a core position per your performance.


Once we have our core:

Progression/Core Raid Group: Tuesday, Thursday 9:30pm - 12:30pm ST (CST)
Progression/Core Raid Group: Saturday, Sunday 6:00pm - 9:00pm ST (CST)

Normal Raid Group: Will be posted on calendar along with alt runs ST (CST)

**If we are very close to the next progression kill we may push a little more so expect to put in more effort.**

WE are looking for people looking to advance into mythic and have a good time doing so.

Guild Representation:
We expect EVERYONE to maintain a good manner towards not only other guildies, but to the Illidan community as a whole. If you create unnecessary drama for our guild or the community of Illidan, you will be Evicted. We expect clean attitudes here.


DRAMA IS NOT TOLERATED! If you are one that worries about petty things such as who got loot or who is getting to raid, we don't want it here. We need a positive environment - no negativity please.
