“Holy Sanchez” Guild

Holy Sanchez is a casual but progression-oriented raiding guild comprised mostly of working adults. Many of our raiders are long time players since vanilla. We are community-oriented and constantly seeking out mature players who can add value to our social and raid progression dynamic. See our recruitment profile for more info.

Raid Times: Thu/Sun 7:15-10:00pm ET/6:15-9pm CT (Server Time)

Raid Goals: AOTC every tier and some Mythic progression

Environment: Progression-oriented adult guild with a casual atmosphere outside raid times. We are community-oriented and seek those who can add value to our social dynamic, while helping us achieve our raiding and mythic plus goals each tier. We aren’t hardcore, we aren’t softcore. We are the compromise. We are the in-between lots of folks are seeking. Many of our raiders have done the hardcore mythic grind, we’ve chased the meta, we’ve gotten the server firsts, but now that we’re older, have families, kids, jobs, pets, etc. we try to optimize our time spent raiding. As working adults, our time in the game is more limited than it used to be, so we want to make the most of it. Individual accountability and openness to constructive criticism in a raid is therefore a must-have trait.

Toxicity is not ok. This is a game. Mishandling of mechanics/repeated errors are pointed out in constructive ways (because again, our game time is valuable) and it is expected of all our raiders to do their level best to fix it.

We encourage our raiders to play a class they enjoy, as long as they commit to understanding it and becoming an asset to their teammates. Our preference is for players with strong class/mechanic understanding, no matter which one they ultimately choose. It is our expectation that you understand how to optimize your performance.

Requirements:

- Must be willing to server transfer (faction transfer no longer required as of 10.1)
- Must be able to make both raid nights (Th/Sun 7:15-10:00pm ET)
- Most interested in Mage, DH and Priest for DPS, but all classes welcome to apply
- Hybrid players that can switch roles/specs are highly valued
