We are an Alliance guild on Kargath. Our numbers are few and proud.
We are particularly interested in progressing through raiding.
Our actions speak louder than words. We will never say we are better than another guild, only prove it by our actions. We aren't related, but we are family, and as such we will respect one another.
Leadership is essential to our success. Raid Leaders and Officers will always be chosen based on being able to provided the necessary raid guidance, and who lend the appropriate experience for moving through harder game content. We are committed to supporting progress and giving this guild's members a chance to experience high end encounters. Members will be expected to be leaders in their guild role.
We expect full raid attendance to remain a raider in this guild. We understand that sometimes real life situations come up and if contacted prior to raid with your situation, no penalty will come to your raid spot. Maturity when sacrifice is requested of you is mandatory and this standard applies to all applicants, members, leaders, officers, and raid leaders.
If you can not take constructive criticism and use it to better yourself, this guild will not be for you. During progression content we push hard and the raid atmosphere is competitive! We have downsized from a 25 raid team to a 10 man raid team to be competitive on a global scale.
We are lacking just a few core elites from obtaining this goal! We have experienced raiders that have been in top 100 guilds and parsed well within the top 50-100 on all encounters for world of logs. We also have a Raid leader that has been SUCCESSFUL in all content since Vanilla! If you are interested in strengthening this raid team, drop in on US-Kargath and talk to Swaghul, Snake, or Emphatic.
