“Isilmë” Guild

Greetings!

<Isilmë> is a Horde Guild on the server Kil'jaeden. We are a 10 man progression oriented guild that operates under a limited raiding schedule. We have many high quality players and member and seek to bolster our roster with more of them.

Our core principles, along with operating under this limited schedule to free up time for our real lives, is that progression raiding should be able to be done without the game causing us additional stress. Because of this, our raiding environment tends to be very pleasant and filled with jokes (of a mature kind). Even with that, we know how to get things done when needed.

We currently do not have needs, but skilled players are welcome to apply, we are merit based and strong players will find no issues finding a home in our guild.

Raid Times: ~6-9 Server~
- Tuesday ~ 9 p.m. - 12 a.m. Eastern Time
- Wensday ~ 9 p.m - 12 a.m Eastern Time
- Thursday ~ 9 p.m. - 12 a.m. Eastern Time

*Occasional usage of other nights outside these times in order to ensure we are going through raid content at a proper/acceptable pace, but these are severely limited and known in advanced.

Our 'application' process is incredibly informal, but should not be taken lightly. Predominantly, if you have interest in joining us, you will initially have a discussion with myself and/or one of my officer team. After that, we will let you know if we want to have a Ventrillo interview to decide if you are a good fit for our group.

We have (and will continue to do) declined people if they are not a good fit for us personality wise.

We do ask that you try to have logs provided for us so we can form questions specifically catered to you and your character.

Our Brief History:

<Isilmë> was revived on Blackwing Lair a mere 4 months ago. For those that are unfamiliar with the server, it is an incredibly low population server with very limited progression options. On this we were, in two weeks, able to be one of the top five guilds on the server. Due to the inability to field a roster of members capable of doing the content we wanted, we moved to Kil'jaeden as a group.

Once on Kil'jaeden we gained a number of members, but unfortunately, due to schedule changes and computer blow ups, we have been left with a number of very hard to fill voids on our raid team.
