About Us:
<Cause and Effect> is a fresh 18+ raiding guild for the working student, parent, enlisted; anyone with a busy schedule that still wants to push end game content. Our goal is to develop and foster a community of colleagues, skilled raiders, and collaborative problem solvers in order to effectively and efficiently clear mythic content raiding no more than 8 hours a week. We will achieve our goal, not immediately, but definitely.
What are we looking for?
First and foremost, we need someone who wants to play with us for the long haul, interested in investing themselves as fully and capably as they can. As a guild that raids no more than 8 hours a week, we have a limited amount of time to accomplish the same goals as our peers; who raid with similar vigor and significantly more time. This will require we raid smart, not hard; our raiders must be more resourceful, consistent and energized; willing to commit to excellence and efficiency in raid and collaborative problem solving outside raid. Most importantly, we need someone who can bring this drive while maintaining a personality that is calm, cool and collected. Drama is absolutely not tolerated in any form, this is a guild tailored to those with goals and responsibilities outside of the game; as such we expect mature adults, able to keep a light-hearted atmosphere while maintaining a competitive mentality.
