Fear and Loathing in IF is an alliance 10-man PvE progression
oriented guild. The guild was founded by friends with like minded
goals pertaining to progression/endgame raiding. In order to have a
successful PvE experience we believe there must be no drama, full
comprehension of ones class/roll, and evenly distributed loot
through loot council. We fully expect attitudes and expectations to
remain positive while working on progression nights no matter how
stressful an encounter may become. Magtheridon is a EST server and
we raid Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00pm-11:00pm. We rarely raid
past these times unless as a guild it is decided to include an
extra day. Also on fights that have certain raid make up
requirements if you are asked to sit do not take it the wrong
way...out-lashes about being asked to sit will not be tolerated and
will result in either losing your raid spot for a probationary
amount of time or guild removal.
The kind of people we are looking for in Fear and Loathing in IF are progression oriented people with endgame results in mind. They need to have a superior knowledge of their class/spec including but not limited to gems, enchants, consumables, rotation, spec, and defensive cool-downs (personal/raid-wide). This also includes researching boss fights, knowing what needs to be done and how to execute your tasks flawlessly. We need to people to be on time to raid and that doesn't mean logging on at 8:00. While raiding during bosses we like to keep the off topic chatter to a minimum. We prefer a 90% raid attendance (backups who are on and not needed are considered present). Mounts that drop will only be rolled on by those with a 90% attendance rate. We will not allow negative attitudes, they will be dealt with properly and promptly.
Raid days include: Mondays 8:00-11:00 pm est
Wednesday 8:00-11:00 pm est
Our loot rules are based on loot council. Determining factors include but are not limited to, attendance, performance, attitude, dedication. However some loot may be given out to further help the raid on future encounters i.e. loot going to healers or tanks over dps if its applicable to further progress through the next encounters. If you have any questions contact an officer in-game: Dracia, Effyocouch, Dritts, Pullup
