Disruption is a progression orientated guild with a light schedule, our core is made up of former top raiders who have raided together since WotLK and more casual players and friends from out of game. We aim to make good progress through content while having fun, without the stress and heavy schedule of more hardcore guilds.

We are always looking for exceptional players of any class/spec.
What we expect from you?
-Decent level of gear for the current content, gemmed and enchanted correctly. (685+ for Tier 17)
-Full knowledge of your class and the ability to perform and execute mechanics efficiently.
-Be on time for raid invites and maintain a 90% raid attendance.
-Teamspeak and the ability to clearly communicate on voice.
-Always looking for ways to improve your character and become a better raider
-Have all addons fully working and installed without disrupting the raid.
-Knowledge of each individual fight before you zone in.
-Stable connection and problem free computer.
What can you expect from us?
A friendly group of players from all reaches of the globe, raids are laid back with a fun atmosphere, but focussed and ready to give it our best when it comes to bosses. Loot is distributed via loot council and always for the good of the guilds progression, We have zero drama policy and any drama will be dealt with quickly and fairly.
Our members are constantly pushing to improve their characters and doing anything they can to maximize their personal output in raids. Whether it be by re-gemming completely, researching their class consistently, or just working on improving their play style.
