OP has a focused core of raiders working toward our common goal - progression. We are always looking for excellent players with skill, discipline and a desire to "beat the game". Our raids are serious when they need to be and relaxed when appropriate. We all enjoy our time in game and work together to make the most out of our experience.

We are a tight knit group of hardcore gamers who enjoy the game and each other's company. To break into any tightly knit group you must earn the respect of the group. This is done by being on time, prepared, and contributing your share to our raids. Actions always speak louder than words - which is why we have a recruitment period to allow us to "test" new members out. We believe our closeness as a guild is what allows us to progress. Our tight knit group also fosters a "guild first" mentality. The majority of our raiders place more importance on "what's best for the raid" than anything else. This mentality it what makes OP more than just a raiding guild. It makes OP a home for many of us. Knowing your teammates, how they react to situations, moving together, etc is critical for learning new fights in a timely manner. Progression raiding = wiping. If you can't handle wiping 30 times in a row as we learn a new encounter, OP isn't for you. Progression nights can be frustrating, but the reward of the kill is very much worth the time invested.

OP's Leadership all share these common goals:

Play Hard - We are all here for progression and fun. We all have good days and bad days in the real world - however there are 24 other raiders that show up each night to PLAY and have FUN. Frequent tardiness, disconnects, frequent AFK's not being flasked, gems, enchanted, etc are all unacceptable. Every raider is expected to do everything in their power to get the win on every fight. Anything less is disprespectful to everyone else in the raid that is giving their all. All members are expected to research boss fights on their own time prior to encounters. Everyone should be an expert and be able to explain the fight strategy to the rest of the raid if asked. Progression requires constant effort. You can't bask in the light of your past achievements for very long before you need to move on to new content. Play hard every day.

NO Drama - OP's leadership doesn't tollerate it. Period. Show up on time, fulfill your raiding responsbility and we'll get the win. We work hard to keep drama out of Rebellion. Many guilds have gone through the drama related break-ups. Many times this has to do with loot distribution or something else PETTY. OP will not tolerate it. Spending evenings bickering over things that just do not matter doesn't help anyone nor does it help us progress. We'd rather focus on discussing fights and strats.

Loot Distribution - Within OP, loot is simply a biproduct of raiding - not an objective. We don't raid for loot, we raid for the kill - loot comes naturally with kills. OP uses a loot council made up of our officers to determine loot distribution. We place high value on our raiders showing up consistently ontime, coming prepare, knowing the fights and not dying! Show up to our raids, pull your weight and the loot will start flowing in. We love our loot distribution method and believe it to be a fair one that rewards hard work.

Constant Recruiting - We are always looking for superb players. We bring in new recruits for a trial period to give them a shot to show us what they can bring to our Raid. No raider's spot is secure. We believe many of our core members are the best at their class on the server. If we find someone better, who also exhibits communication skills and doesn't invoke drama, we'll make room. If you think you have what it takes, throw up and app and come prove it!

Raid Times: 8PM-12AM EST

If you have any questions feel free to whisper any member of OP in-game and they'll direct you to an officer.
