“Reasonable Expectations” Guild

We're a simple one raid day (Sunday 1pm Est to 5pm Est) that focuses on the flex raiding (Normal and Heroic). We don't really keep attendance, and don't stress if people can't make it. Occasionally, we take time off. We don't focus on being hard core, we don't pressure people to swap specs, or get on people for making minor mistakes. We keep it fun, casual, and simple. We run with personal loot for simplicity and ease. And to help keep it simple, we tend to provide most consumables (we provide Flask Cauldrons and Feasts for every raid).

We run a good number of Mythic Pluses every week, and have people that push up to Mythic 10's every week. In addition, we farm Nightbane every week.

We tend to have a fair number of people on during the day and during many evenings, but are always looking for more so we can reliably run more content all the time (though for raids we stick strictly to our once a week schedule).
