“Sixth AD” Guild

We are a small Raiding guild currently in WoD with completely New Raid Teams. We are always looking for Active members of all classes to fill our ranks and help build even more teams. We are a Social and friendly Raiding guild which raids on a fairly light schedule (2.5Hours-3 Days/week), but we strive to be competitive internally and externally. We still share the same commitment and drive to progress in a raid environment so we do show up with our "serious" raid faces on. Before our old server died causing us to transfer, We did go 8/8DS Heroic mode and are looking forward to continued success after our rebuild on our new server in new content. This guild has had plenty of success as a 10man casual raiding guild in getting our new members raiding, geared, and confident thru getting them involved and making them feel a part of the team instead of just another member.

---WHO WE ARE---

The Officers and Veteran raiders have extensive Raiding experience and have work together very well in the past. We currently raid among the new teams so as to not feel or appear "clickish" to our new members. We are also a mature raiding guild (majority of raiders being +21 years of age). We are a guild committed to progression while making a point of enjoying this game. We strive to progress efficiently with our limited raid time and with minimal DRAMA.



---RAID DAYS/TIMES ARE---

Our Raid days can change but are currently to these SERVER times:

-Guild Fun Run Raid: Sundays 6:30PM – 9PM
-Team Drama llamas: Tue/Thur 7:00pm - 9:30pm
-Team "Dramatic exit" Wed/Thur/Fri 6:30pm - 9PM
-Team Misfits Wed/Thur 7:00pm - 9:30pm

The rest of time we spend hanging on ventrilo, trying to get all our members to join us. Whenever we have 10 or more members on Ventrilo we try to Raid anything(old/new), Dungeon, Scenarios, or even run Random battlegrounds (PvP).

~~WHAT IS EXPECTED~~

From US:

- Progression is our main purpose in this guild and we are very serious when it comes to raiding. No vulgarities, raging, egos, or personal attacks on our teams.

- Consistent weekly raiding – we only progression raid two/three nights a week, which we believe is the right amount of nights to meet our objectives.

- We respect everyone in the guild from top to bottom, and we treat each other with the same level of respect that we ourselves would expect.

- We have a ZERO DRAMA policy; we do not encourage or condone any type of abuse towards our members. We believe that any type of negative reinforcement does not work when it comes to trying to help a member improve. We understand not everyone may want to raid or want advice on how to play their game/toon, but we will help anyone who asks.

From YOU:

- Strong understanding of your class and your role within the raid group, meaning you have a decent understanding of how to gear your toon (items, gems, enchants, etc) and you have decent knowledge of raid mechanics and fundamentals.

- Maintain a High overall raid attendance, since we only raid two or three nights a week, we believe that it is not too demanding.

- Being prepared by coming into the raid on time and with consumables (if the Guild Bank cannot provide it to you atm).

- Being active in the guild by being involved in guild activities. Hang out or idle on vent. Register on the guild forums and regularly provide any opinion or inputs that you may have in guild chat/vent/mail to help other members who ask or even to suggest improvements to the guild.

- Do not come into the guild with any DRAMA whatsoever!!

- Have a positive attitude that is cohesive to a team or raid group.

~~OTHER INFO~~

-We Use Ventrilo and also play other games using Ventrilo.

-Loot rules are currently MS>OS>open. We allow 1 tier piece and 1 other item per run to allow others a chance at gear before allowing another chance at rolls.

We do accept friends and family into the guild, the only thing that we require is that they fit into our guild culture and get along with our raiders. We would prefer for the player to be 18 years of age or older due to adult language and things that may go unnoticed in the guild chat.
