Recruitment needs posted are for the Progression raid team (Team 2). If interested in the flex/casual team, please talk to Kiarra or Ciarlyn in-game.
We are currently recruiting for 2 raid groups in WoD. One group will be progression-focused and looking to full-clear Mythic content in the current tier. The second group will start off as a 30-person Flex sized group and work through current content with the goal of progressing at least part way through Mythic.
Team 1 (led by Kiarra and Ciarlyn)
Raid Times: 6 - 8:30 PM ST Tuesday/Thursday
Purpose: Casual Focused with Flex in mine with a goal to down some Mythic
Current Progression: Blackrock Foundry 4/10 N
Team 2 (led by Elohim and Screwzluse)
Raid Times: 6 - 9:30 PM ST Tuesday/Thursday
Purpose: Progression focused with Mythic raiding as a goal
Current Progression: Highmaul (7/7H, 1/7M), Blackrock Foundry 7/10 H
We are primarily looking for people with good raid awareness and cool demeanor. We are also looking for a few good raiders that might only want to raid on occasion to be standby/bench raiders or join for alt runs. We don't like sitting people out, so we don't like over-inviting, but its better than pugging.
What Can You Expect?
Most of our raiders have busy real lives so we keep our raiding schedule condensed, serious and balanced to content.
We do not tolerate drama of any kind.
Although mostly 30+ with families and kids and dogs, we have a good mix of people. 50% of our core raiders are women, true story. Some of us have our kids in the guild and raiding with us. We're East Coast and West Coast, middle of nowhere people.
When not raiding, our members run heroics, old school raids for achievements, or just stand around the Shrine yelling at each other. If you can tolerate a good bit of ball busting, feel free to apply through our website <http://twisted-fate-pm.enjin.com/>, randomly bother someone from the guild in-game, or send a mail to Elohim, Screwzluse, Kiarra or Ciarlyn.
