We are looking for members that will run long term, So we are would looking for people who are joining the guild with the class they enjoy the most, not the ones that temporarily fit our biggest needs.
We do believe class balance is important and necessary but not a must. Player skill, knowledge, reaction, commitment and attitude are more important.
