“Synthesis” Guild

Synthesis is a semi-hardcore yet somewhat casual 10 man guild. We have no desire as of yet to step into a 25 man raiding atmosphere. Our current raid times are 3 days a week Tues-Thurs and 3.5 hours a night. The guild is laid back, and close. We call most of each other friends, and do not mind going out of our way to help someone complete an achievement.

We do not recruit for a bench position. What this means is everyone will raid, and we plan to use you most nights. We expect hybrid classes to be able to play 2 roles, and have a viable and usable spec for both roles. We would like to keep a healthy 12-13 person main raiding roster, and people will be switched in and out as we see fit for progression content. On farm content, officers and core raiders are always offering to sit out to make sure we are getting maximum potential on loot distribution.

What we expect: We expect you to stay out of fire, show up, and have a great attitude. Some nights are a downer, and others are a great success. In any situation, someone who can fit in and be level headed with all the other adults in guild is a plus. If you cannot do the basic things we ask, this may not be the guild for you

This is our current recruitment:

Death Knight High- Tank
Druid High- Tank, heals and feral DPS
Hunter Medium- Impress us and you get a spot
Mage Medium- Need solid numbers DPS spot, wont come easy
Paladin High- Need tank, but a ret with good awareness is welcome
Priest Medium- An exceptional Healer that blows our socks off will be accepted
Rogue High
Shaman High- Resto main set, with any offset
Warlock Low
Warrior High- Tank
