“Scientific Method” Guild

Scientific Method is a horde progression raiding guild, founded on the US-PvP Stormreaver. We formed with the intent of being successful in a stress free; fun and enjoyable raiding environment while still downing bosses and clearing content at a competitive rate.

Scientific Method is under new leadership, and will be downing bosses at a competative rate in the upcoming raid Blackrock Foundry. Although our current progression in Highmaul is lacking, this will NOT be the case in BRF. If you are not willing to bring your all, and be the best that you can be, we do not want you.

We focus on progression while keeping a fun atmosphere and friendly environment. This means that while we take raiding seriously, we also try to keep a level of respect for other raiders at all times. We expect raiders to come fully prepared and don't like to waste our time during raid because of our light schedule.

Our Expectations:

We expect a serious long-term commitment to be part of our raiding roster. Players should show up consistently on time, and always give advance notice if they can't keep their commitments. We also expect players to visit the guild forums regularly, to keep up to date on guild announcements, boss strategies, and to participate in general discussions.

Dispite our prior raiding progressions, we are a group of committed and dedicated players, who want to clear content prior to next tiers content, as well as have fun doing it. We do take raiding seriously, and are interested in skilled like minded individuals who share the same interests as well.

You should have a very in-depth knowledge of your class, not just the tunnel vision DPS/HPS/TPS rotation, but an understanding of your defensive CDs, your CC, and any other utility that your class can bring to benefit yourself and/or the raid. This includes knowing all of your talents and glyphs, and when and how they can be useful. You are expected to stay up to date on current theorycrafting for your class, always striving to be the best.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
8:30pm-11:30pm CST -- 9:30pm-12:30pm EST

Raid Invites will start at 8:15pm CST. We expect everybody to be in the instance ready to pull no later than 8:35pm CST.
