Caliber is a small friendly guild with many
experienced players that have been around since Vanilla on the
realm Tanaris (now linked with Greymane). The guild started the
same day Highmaul was released and we have been hard at work to
build a solid team for Mythic. Despite major gearing up and reroll
issues in order to ensure the roster is diversified and effective,
we managed to get 7/7H and 1/7M. Our current core roster consists
of 18 reliable and good players mostly all in their 20's or 30's.
We have a pretty laid back environment, calm, respectful and most
important of all, we are having fun. Language preference and used
for raiding is English, however we have multiple native French
speakers in the guild for social or translation help.
What we are looking for: Good players that can reliably be there for raid times. Tank slots are currently full, healers as well. However, if you are a healer and can manage to do pretty good as DPS and you don't mind playing DPS for an undetermined amount of time, you are more than welcome. We will also give priority to ranged dps currently as we are pretty full on melee. Again however, if you are a great player and wish to play with us and try it out, I won't rule you out.
What we expect of you: Know everything there is to know about your class, to play whichever spec is best for "X" fight and to come prepared for raid. We want to spend minimal time for explanations before going into a new boss fight.
Schedule: 3 nights a week, 7-11 EST. Monday and Tuesday are currently our two official nights where we would do Mythic, and Wednesday is our off night. Once Foundry is out, progression will be priority and the 3 days will most likely be dedicated to BF.
Loot: Is distributed using loot council and has not been a problem so far, everyone is getting gear evenly and is pretty happy with our process. The guild also supplies all flasks/potions/feasts and guild repairs during raid times.
We use Teamspeak 3 and it is required by everyone raiding with us.
