About Us
Implicit is a raiding guild with players that hold themselves to high standards. As a raiding guild we expect applicants and members to always come prepared with consumables, a positive attitude, well maintained gear, as well as very high raid attendance. We also expect applicants to log on for more than scheduled raids. You will also be required to maintain an active participation with us through the guild website forums. You have be able to take criticism seriously and improve upon your play in order to do your part to push progression.

Raid times
Implicit raids 4 nights a week - Monday through Thursday - (8:00PM EST – 12:00 AM EST) during progression/new content. When everything is on farm and progression is over, we will remove days as needed until more content is released. Even though we are a raiding guild, we like to have fun as a group, and do things outside of raids.

All Implicit applicants and members are expected to meet the following standards:

Attendance
We expect everyone to maintain a high raid attendance. Missing a raid because of a real life emergency is fine but "I don't feel like raiding tonight" doesn't cut it. We want players who want to raid, who itch to log on to kill some new bosses or grind some old ones and just hang out with the guild.

Team play
With Implicit we look out for the group as a whole, and you will be expected to as well. You need to be the type of person that can take one for the team and sit out for a fight/night, respec or something similar if necessary. Team play is key for us and is something we require.

Competitive
We are looking for players who are constantly ready to push their performance on every boss weather it be progression content or farm content, we are looking for those who are constantly pushing themselves to be better. If you like seeing your ranking percentage in orange on Warcraft logs then we are a good fit for you.

Communication
You are expected to listen, be fully attentive when assignments are given out for each encounter during a raid. We also expect you to be vocal and acknowledge us when you're assigned a specific task, we don't like talking to ourselves. Each player needs to be able to communicate with the raid to let us know what's important.

What happens if I am accepted?

If you get accepted into the guild you will start a 2 week trial period. During these 2 weeks you will constantly be looked at after every encounter and raid. Trials will also always be considered below established raiders for loot, so unless no one needs a piece don't expect to get it. If you fail to meet our requirements at any time, you may fail the trial process and be demoted from raider rank or removed from the guild. If you last the entire 2 weeks, we will make a decision on you being promoted to member or not.

We put each applicant through a tough screening process. Your combat log reports will be scrutinized; your experience will be questioned. We want to know if you have what it takes. Members of our guild will review your app to make sure you are a good fit. Just like our raids, we take this seriously, and hope that you will too.
