“Phase Ill” WoW Guild

Phase Ill was established in Febuary 2011, made up of talented, mature, experienced raiders from many guilds, servers and factions. We enjoy having fun on a social level as much as we are serious about focusing on progression.

We are a 10 man raiding guild with a dedicated core progression team and a number of other weekly raids depending on interest. This allows us to gear our many alts, test out potential recruits, try new raid compositions and strategies, and give everyone in the guild an opportunity to raid all content on all their toons.


Core Progression Team

Our core team is responsible for the progression of the guild in a 10 man capacity. This team's success is measured by the cohesion and unity of all 10 of its members. This group knows their class well, studies up on boss fights and comes to raid fully prepared with their own food/flasks/pots. We expect all of the core team to be on 15 mins to at least 1/2 hr before raid time. We will do our best to provide feasts, but all raiders should come fully stocked. The members on this team all have past raiding experience not only on regular mode content but also heroic modes.

Booty Bay and the Lords of Havoc Team.

These two teams are comprised of raiders from all expansions and who love raiding together. Each team has a set criteria that has to be meet in order to raid. Please feel free to speak to the officers of these teams. Otora and Zerek Booty Bay and Junkthrust Lords of Havoc. They will let you know what days and times their teams raid at.

Main Alt Team

This team is comprised of some of the core teams alts as well as main characters that cannot normally commit to a proper raiding schedule or can only raid on the weekends. This group is expected to read up on not only their class but boss fights as well. This particular group also will bring in new members that have joined the guild and are looking to raid on the core team. Here we will work with you and what is needed to know from all aspects of the game. This group primarily raids on friday/ saturday evenings 7:30 to 10:30 Est.


While not actively recruiting, Phase Ill regularly brings in new players who demonstrate top talent. Our raid days and times are Sun/Mon/Tues 7:30pm to 10:30pm Server Time (Eastern).
