“not like this” Guild

Hello, <not like this> is a relatively new guild on Horde Tichondrius currently 3/10M 2/3M progression. We are recruiting players who are competitive raiders, and willing to improve at all times. We have an active roster right now, but are trying to cut around the rough edges with some exceptional players specifically DPS.

Raiding Schedule is Tues/Wed/Thurs 7-10 PST (10-1EST, 9-12CST, 8-11MST) Recruitment Needs Ranged DPS: Strongly Prefer: Hunters
Healers: Strongly Prefer:Restoration Druid
Of course we are viewing all exceptional players that are competitive raiders and will help us progress.

If you are performing at a level you should be, or doing even better than you can expect to see yourself as a raider in <not like this>. However, like previously mentioned we are looking for competitive players, this means that spots are up for grabs, and will continue to be.

If you aren't putting forth the effort, or the amount of time needed to be a MYTHIC level raider, and you are not performing as well as you should be you can expect to be benched for however long necessary while you improve and are brought back in at a later time. We do not sit players for class based problems or legendarys. If you are good enough to do your part then you will be considered for our raid team.
