<HashtagProgression> is a Trollbane Alliance guild seeking experienced players for 20-man Mythic Raiding throughout the Warlords of Draenor expansion. We are a group of razor-edged players, whose goal is to quickly progress through new content and take this expansion by storm. While conversation is not uncommon during our raid nights, our raiding style leans more towards the serious and we expect those who wish to raid with us able to focus when focus is required.

× We encourage you to go to our website and submit an application. That, and contacting us in-game, are the most efficient ways of applying to the guild. All applicants will eventually be required to submit an application on the website to formally become a member of the guild and be able to receive updates.

Raid Schedule

Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (-5:00)

Tuesday – 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Wednesday – 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Monday – 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Invites to the raids begin 30 minutes before the starting time. Players are expected to be in the instance and ready to go BEFORE 9:00. We pull @ 9:00, not at 9:05. We want the maximum amount of attempts possible during raid time, and dislike going over in time consistently, so our times are precise and expected to be made by all of our raiders.

× We are currently seeking the following classes and specializations:

Update: Currently we are recruiting all classes to fill the Healer and DPS roles within our guild.
We are looking for players that are focused on progression.
Players who exceed in abilities to dodge avoidable mechanics, and learn fights within only a few attempts are the raiders we want.
On top of that, we expect all players to be interested and focused on parsing on our meters throughout our raids as well.

We have recently trimmed down our team to have a core of players who fulfill both of those tasks, and we’re currently looking for more players who have similar ideals to fill our core team so that we could have a powerhouse, top tier raid team.

We are not looking for players who fail at any of these tasks. If you are not a player that wants to be the best, and truly works to be the best, then we would not like to waste your time, or like our time to be wasted.

Raid Information and Expectations

As of now, HashtagProgression uses a Loot Council system to distribute loot. RCLootCouncil - which can be downloaded on Curse.com - is a required Addon if you wish to receive loot.

[*]Raiders are expected to attend every raid and arrive on time.
[*]Raiders are expected to come prepared with the proper flasks, potions, elixirs and food.
[*]Raiders are expected to have an in-depth understanding regarding their class and role in the raid group.
[*]Raiders are expected to study progression fights on nights previous to that of the raid to ensure an understanding of the fight’s mechanics.
[*]Raiders are expected to listen to constructive criticism and be able to apply changes to their play-style (if need be) to ensure the success of the raid group.
[*]Raiders are expected to be in our TeamSpeak server at all times during the raid. A microphone is not required; however, you must be able to hear the raid leader during the encounters.

Update: Another requirement recently added to our guild, is that you are a part of our guild outside of raid times.
Meaning that we don’t want to just see you around for raids. If you can’t show up for any additional raid nights for alt runs or our optional runs at all and could only make a strict raid schedule, then we don’t want you. Again, we are looking for players that are striving to be the best of their class/role.
If you have an extremely strict schedule that only limits you to our 3 raid days and nothing more, then this is not the guild for you.

***If you can’t follow these guidelines, then please don’t apply to our guild. All players who can’t follow these guidelines on raid nights are removed immediately from the core raid team/roster and are put on bench or may also simply just be removed from the raid team entirely.***

Exceptions are made for missing raid days depending on emergencies or special occasions, but the guild/raid leader must be notified BEFORE the raid for the exception to be applied.
