About Ouroboros
Above all else, we like to keep three main goals in mind. First, we want to compete at an elite level while maintaining a humble attitude. In other words, we strive to be elite not elitist. It is up to each individual to perform their role at a high level. This consequently leads into our second goal: Being the best guild on Uldaman-Ravencrest. In order to accomplish this, we build a raid team that is cohesive as a unit and communicates effectively. This brings us to our last goal: We like to keep our ambitions in check as we understand that WoW is a hobby, not a job. We are not going to require that anyone puts in 40+ hours a week into the game, just that they use their time efficiently and with respect to others. Therefore, we are able to maintain a more casual guild atmosphere and a shorter raid week than most guilds of similar progression.

Saturday 8-11 pm (Heroic Highmaul gear catch-up)
Sunday 8-11 pm (Normal BRF)
Loot System
On progression nights loot is distributed via loot council to ensure the guild gets the most efficient use of gear. Other nights we typically go /roll but we make exceptions when we decide to funnel gear to newcomers that perform outstandingly but need a catch-up.

If you would like to apply please visit our guild website @ ouroboros-uldaman.enjin.com. Feel free to contact any officers (as stated below). During Heroic progression the use of cross-realm is extremely useful, and we will not require a realm transfer until after your trial process is complete.
