***<The Money Store> HAS SERVER TRANSFERRED TO SARGERAS. We took our entire core team to Sargeras for the betterment of our raid environment, and in hopes of more favorable recruitment (WrA was very dry/slow in terms of recruitment). We are just waiting on our WoWprogress page to update.***

Recruitment:
We are currently recruiting RDPS to fill our core roster, but other roles are more than welcome to join. Mythic experience is not required- all we require of you is that you are active, respectful, and dedicated for progression. We are constantly working to improve ourselves as raiders, and expect our new recruits to have the same drive as well.

Raid Schedule:
Tuesday/Saturday, 8:30PM-11:30PM CST latest.
Tuesday will always be a raiding day, but Saturday is subject to change. We understand and respect player’s lives outside of WoW, so if for some reason more people can make it to a Sunday raid that specific week rather than Saturday, we will schedule that accordingly. But typically, we keep our 2nd raid day scheduled for Saturday.

What we expect of you when joining the guild:
Upon joining our guild, you will initially be set as “Trial” rank, which will be changed after you run a raid or two with us. We think it’s important for the guild raid group to familiarize themselves with the new recruits first and vice versa, before making any official decisions on making any new recruits a part of our roster. But don’t worry! This isn’t like a make it or break it thing- we are not going to kick you from the guild if you seem to be struggling with maximizing your class performance. If anything, after 2 weeks you will be set to “Member” rather than Trial, and we will work hard to help you improve your performance.
Also, if you want to participate in any of our raids, make sure you sign up on the guild calendar! If you don’t sign up, there’s no guarantee that you will be invited that night. It is also an important rule of ours that our raid group makes it to the raid ON TIME. It’s just a matter of being respectful for your friend’s times and IRL lives. If you make an entire raid group wait 15 minutes for 1 person, it just seems a bit disrespectful.

Who we are:
We're an active, chill yet productive guild looking for dedicated raiders to fill our core roster. Led by former mythic raiders, we have done all Legion raids up to Heroic, and are currently 9/9H in ToS.
Officers are very friendly and are always open to help guildies over any matter. We all have a mutual understanding of what we picture our guild environment to be- welcoming, friendly, open, productive, and inclusive. This environment also enforces one main thing: growth. We try to foster an appropriate environment that allows our guild members to make mistakes, learn, and improve. Our guild focuses on raiding, but also on what you need to be able to raid with us (gearing up, PvE experience, etc.). This includes:
- running Mythic+ dungeons every week
- explaining fights in detail (don't be afraid to ask!)
- explaining how to use resources i.e. AskMrRobot & Warcraft Logs
- farming H ToS for as long as the guild needs
- providing food/flasks/repairs
- maximizing your class performance with tips/builds/rotations used by highly experienced officers (one of our officers specializes in analyzing wowlogs/parses, and works to provide guidance as to what you can do to improve fight by fight, or raid by raid)

Aside from PvE, we also do some PvP in between raid days. This includes occasional guild RBGs/arenas/brawls/duels. And if anyone would rather focus on PvP, we do have 2 experienced PvP Officers willing to provide advice and tips any time.

As for the future of our guild, clearing new raids on Heroic is always our ultimate progression goal (and has always been accomplished up until this point). Although mythic difficulty is well in our range, we would rather remain at the pace of everyone in the guild, and what everyone is mostly comfortable with. Once we get a full roster, then we will gather a common consensus as to what we as a team would like to pursue.
