The guild that has the fastest progress agamaggan has ever seen!
Clearing Algalon, Insanity and 6/12 Heroic icc the first 3 days on the server. If that wasn't enough, as soon as the guild hitted 25man it cleared 11/12 the first 25 guildrun and soon after Lich king which lead to our Hardmodes. Which we cleared 9/12 Heroic Icc 25 on first Hardmode raid. Short time after we achieved Putricide & Sindragosa 25 Hc.

What we want from you:

Total dedication to the guild and raiding

Complete knowledge of your class, how to gear and spec it. This means being able to adapt to new situations.
It's something that we expect people to have put a lot of thought into so their character can be the best it can be.

Top-notch raid performance goes without saying. Play your class to perfection.
People who repeatedly die to the same mistakes and perform sub-par compared to the rest of the guild will not last very long.

Generally have a friendly attitude towards your guild mates. The flip side of this is that you must be able to take a certain level of abuse and jokes from your peers. If you can't take a few jokes at your expense this might not be the place for you.

You must be able to take sometimes extremely harsh criticism and improve from it. You will make mistakes, everyone does. It's important that you will learn from them, not make them again and respect the criticism you take.

What you get from us:

A guild with a highly competitive nature that has many players who have competed at the highest level of this game.
We are now rebuilding our core on Agamaggan EU and preparing for the coming expansion Cataclysm. Striving to be the best.

Our main goal is to be among the top guilds on the server and to always remain as competitive as we can be.

We have a very strong community within the guild. A friendly but jokey atmosphere that is great fun to be part of once you get used to it. We also have a great community here on the website and would like all new recruits to take an active role in that.

What can I expect from ithildin

Within ithildin you can expect two things: Firstly, to be completely focused during new boss attempts. Secondly, to have a social atmosphere at anytime of the day. You'll be hardpushed to find an hour in the day where nobody is online - This in turn means there is alot of PvP, alot of instances going on. Whilst we take raiding extremely seriously, we never start our raids earlier than the raid start time. If you're looking to start raiding 25 mans at 9am on patch day, you'll need to look somewhere else. If you're looking for a guild that starts at 19:00 daily and uses the time from there to progress, ithildin might be for you.

Raiding Style

We do not lead by yelling or shouting. Raids are lead in a relaxed atmosphere and voices are raised only when mistakes are made. If mistakes continue after that, swaps are made.
We only keep the best in our roster.

Our raiding days and times are:

Sunday: 19:00 - 23:00
Monday: 19:00 - 23:00
Wednesday: 19:00 - 23:00
Thursday: 19:00 - 23:00

As a trial you will be expected to maintain 100% attendance. As a member, the same expectation.
