The Imperium is a casual-hardcore guild. We usually just do heroic, but we might get some mythic progress if we have the players for it.
Our raid nights are: wednesday and thursday for progress. And sunday for farm/alt runs.
Raid times are from 20:00 to 23:00 server time.

These are our core values for guild members:

General:
1. You have a good attitude. You're friendly and don't act condescending to other players.
2. You're mature, you know that racism, sexism and toxicity are not acceptable. Guild runs will often contain a healthy level of banter, but no one should be trying to intentionally upset or offend.
3. You don't discuss your political or religious views in the guild. (just to avoid any drama this may cause).
4. You look for guildies to join your group before pugging. You work together and help out other guild members. (that also doesn't mean you have to bring someone's undergeared alt to your M+18).

Raiding:
1. You're looking for a challenge whether it's in normal, heroic or mythic.
2. You're patient with other raiders and give everyone a fair chance to improve.
3. You're able to reflect on your own performance and you try to improve yourself when necessary.
4. You're not greedy and understand that loot may be distributed in a way that it benefits the raid as a whole the most.
