“Premature Bloodlust” Guild

Who are you?

We're a guild largely consisting of (largely) PvE enthusiasts of all levels of ability. Our main focus is our raid team, which is built on a strong core of experienced players and leaders, and have gotten Curve on each tier so far (except Nighthold. We don't talk about Nighthold). We're looking to shore up our roster with players willing to put a shift in and make some progress.

After a tumultuous but generally successful Uldir, we're looking to add a few players to our raid and mythic+ lineups to allow us better flexibility. We have a core of strong players and are looking to add to that, as well as being flexible in bringing newer players into our lineups. We have some glaring gaps in the main raid team, but will consider bringing in any roles for further evaluation at this time.

We like to raid and do take the game fairly seriously. We're looking to progress and would like to find players who have similar goals as us, most notably self-improvement and betterment and a drive to learn and deliver better each week. We see gear as a means to do this, and do expect you to invest a little time to make your character stronger, and we're more than happy to help you do so if we can.
Our raid team runs Thursday 1945-2300 and Sunday 1915-1030, with alt runs and normals thrown in throughout the week, often at short notice. We run mythic plus most nights and like to try and get as many people as possible their 10 key completed. If you put in, we ...put out? No, we don't do that. OK, ignore that bit. If you contribute, our team are willing to bend over backwards to help get you where you want to be.

We provide most raid consumables and a solid repair allowance, increasing depending on contributions to the guild and bank. We are also likely to trade you cheese or odd things we find on the floor if we like you. No promises.
Our only rules are to be 18+, have respect for your fellow guild members and officers, and to be able to turn up for raids repaired and prepared. We use discord for comms and the server is fairly active. Speaking is optional but listening is essential.

What do we expect?

Attendance and community. We would like people to be active, involved and engaged in the game. Core knowledge can be taught or picked up, and a lot of our core have played most classes at high levels and are willing to help but, as the saying goes, we can't teach people to care.

Respect for yourself, other players and the guild we represent.

A sense of humour, and an understanding of when to apply it (usually liberally).
Willingness to contribute, help others and join in with projects.

An appreciation of cheese is highly regarded, but can be waived if you seem nice enough.
