“Sleepless Ones” Guild

Hey there!
<the sleepless ones> is recruiting; we are mainly looking to recruit more DDs to our team. Right now we are raiding on progressing through Uldir. We've had some roster problems due to losing 6 DDs in a very short time. We do plan on eventually getting good enough to maybe start doing mythic if we get the roster and drive for it. :)

We are a late night raiding guild starting from 10:00 pm - 1:00 am server time.
It would be appreciated if you show up maybe a quarter to 10 just for setting up groups and stuff.
Our current raid days are wednesday, friday and sunday.

What we expect from you:
Be on time our and if late give a heads up on our discord.
High attendance, it's ok missing out on some raids, but we do prefer if people are consistent.
Interested in self-improvement; As much as we are not a hardcore bunch, we really enjoy and want to see people improve. Therefore every raid will be logged, uploaded to wacraft logs and uploaded to wowanalyzer, cause feeling good about your own performance makes WoW more engaging.
lastly, just be friendly :)

what can be expected from us:
A friendly bunch of active players that like to run M+ and other pve and pvp content.
Generally we will help providing food and flasks for raids, but you may have to buy some for yourself and will cover repair bills from raid nights.
We can help with gems, enchants etc.
An officer team that is engaged and concerned about every players wishes.
