“The Outcasts” Guild

The Outcasts is a 10man guild (lvl25). Our raidtimes are wednesday, thursday and sunday 19:45-23:30. Our two main goals are competing with the other guilds with clearing the content that MoP gives us but at the same time have fun. We want a social guild that is able to focus during raid and joke around having a laugh outside of raidtimes.

We expect you to show up on all raid days, but we understand that you sometimes have to skip a raid due to real life obligations.

Because we have a limited raid schedule we expect all our raiders to be self-reliant and read tactics thoroughly in their own spare time, as well as showing up to raids fully prepared and on time. Invites to raids start 15min before the raid starts.

We aim to keep a smaller raid group so that we have a minimum amount of people on standby. This also makes the progress easier since we know each others playstyle very well.

As a player we expect the following from you:

• Good situational awareness and quick reactions
• Staying focused and doing what you're supposed to and what the raid leader asks you to do
• Good survivability
• In depth knowledge of your class
• Best gems, enchants available as well as the required reputation for the various factions that your character benefits from

As a person we expect the following from you:

• An open mind and a mature attitude
• Want to invest time in raiding
• Able to handle constructive criticism
• Attending a minimum of 80% of all raids, preferably more
• Stable internet connection
