About the guild:
Paradigm Shift is a guild formed pre-WoD mostly out of raiders who've met during the years we've all spent playing WoW.
Our raiding core consists of High-end raiders who've all been there pushing Hardcore raiding for the World Ranks but who now wish to clear everything out the same but with less emphasis on the Hardcore portion.
We cleaned out Normal & Heroic Highmaul Week 1 but noticed we needed to flesh out our roster in order to focus on Mythic Progression.
We want raiders that have a similar focus to raiding that we do. Competent raiders that can kill bosses and follow tactics without having to die to fire 100 times. We're a very social and friendly bunch and wants our recruits to be the same.
If you feel like you might fit in and are looking for a Semi-hardcore/Casual raiding scene where bosses actually die in a decently timed manner, then throw a whisper over to either Dogevid or Loxxie on Auchindoun Alliance.
