“Tranquil” Guild

-INTRODUCTION-
Tranquil is currently a 3 night mythic raiding guild, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 20:00 - 23:00 game time (invites 19:45). Created in late Burning Crusade, the guild core consists of former top-rank hardcore players who want to enjoy raiding at a high level but not sacrifice too much social life. We can offer you a stable guild where you are allowed to grow as a player while still having fun in a competitive environment.

WHAT DO WE WANT?
Someone that:

wants to attend every raid, progress as well as farm, but:

• can also accept when sitouts are required, and will stay available during the raid, without drama.
  
• is prepared to work on being raid ready outside of raid time: Reasonable weapon progression, prepared with consumables and fight research.
  
• able to communicate with sufficient notice if unable to attend.
  
• that knows their class and role well and prepared to research where necessary for changes and improvements, which links with:
  
• knows what stats/items are important to their class/role to speed up raid looting and can accept the decisions made by loot council, particularly regarding team progress overall.
  
• will listen to instructions on teamspeak first time, communicate where needed, follow mechanics precisely and not meter pad for the sake of ranks. Good command of English is essential.
  
• can take constructive criticism regarding their class, role, and/or performance during raids and have the interest to improve where needed.
  
• intends to play the entire expansion and not drop attendance towards the end of patches/tiers.
