Looking for a fun, mature & social mythic raiding guild?
Well you’re in luck, because is recruiting. There is a multitude of guilds out there with similar or better progression than us, but we like to think that we have something more unique, something that very few of those other guilds have. If you want to know more, please read the full post for more details. TLDR: We are a socially active (weekly events, and activity on discord daily), mature guild that likes to have fun with everything we do. We pride ourselves on a fun raiding atmosphere, something which new members often notice as the first thing. A mature, fun & stable raiding experience - you probably all know that it is widely advertised, but in reality it’s quite the unicorn.
Raid times:
Tuesday & Thursdays 20-23.15
Looking for:
We are always looking for good additions to the guild, so please reach out if you are interested. Even if your class/spec is not currently listed.
Tanks: Not looking
Healers: Not looking
DPS: Actively recruiting. Especially interested in: Mage, Warlock, Warrior, Priest.
Social Activity
Our social events are additional events outside of our main raids, which are open to all members of our guild/community. We have weekly m+ runs & social raids with emphasis on equal loot opportunity (yes you heard me right. Transmorg, alts, mains - all have the same loot opportunity). We also do other social events based on interest. At the time of writing we have an upcoming big Among Us event, as well as a guild meetup.
We aim to be inclusive in all social activities, and there is always space for people to join the active voice channels to join in on the fun, whatever that might be.
Social Contract
I’m going to keep this short, but in this day and age - unfortunately, some rules of decency do not go without saying. For this reason we have a social contract, that we expect all members to uphold. We are an inclusive environment and toxic behavior or discrimination we have zero tolerance for. We expect each of our members to contribute to and will hold you responsible for fostering an inclusive and pleasant environment.
Play the class you want
We have implemented an intriguing way of managing our roster, that leaves more freedom of choice in the hands of our raiders. With freedom of choice also comes a shared responsibility and consequences. If your dream is to main a hunter, for example, you can do this at any time you like. If you’re the 5th hunter and doing the least damage however, you will not be chosen for progression. If you’re the only warlock - free hall pass. I like to phrase this as “freedom of choice, freedom of consequence”.
Dual-mains
As a part of our roster management, we enable our raiders, who are so inclined, to have two raiding mains on the roster. This increases flexibility within the roster and allows players to have more variety of gameplay. Your selection for progression fights will still be based on your contribution (raid buffs, boss mechanics, output etc.). However, with dual-mains you have more opportunity to create value/contribute to a fight. We do NOT expect raiders to have dual-mains, this is an option for your benefit as well as the raid teams.
Transparency
Our officer team does its best to create transparency around all of our decisions. This includes having the selection criteria for choices listed. Our raiders will have access to information on how we:
1. Choose players for the progression line-up
2. Distribute loot
Additionally, we try to be as approachable as possible. If you at any time need more information or have concerns, you can always reach out to us.
