Greetings,
We raid between 20:00 and 00:00 on Tue, Wed, Thu and Sun during progress, and as little as possible during farm. We expect players to be able to consistently keep up with the schedule.
We tend to be quite picky with applications, because it is very important for us that you as a player fit our team. We therefore ask you to take your time with it, and to be as detailed as possible. It would be a damn shame if we would miss to notice your great potential should it not shine through on your application :)

About us:
We are a casual/medi-core raiding guild. We only have one raiding team, focusing on 25-man mode. Alongside this team, we have a small army of serious PVP players, casual players, friends and family, buerocrats, mascots, cheerleaders and fluffers. In total, we are a bit over 100 members.
The raiding team is currently getting ready for Mists of Pandaria.
We use common sense as a loot system; with EPGP as backup should common sense take too much time.
We don’t have any sort of system for rotating raid spots. The raid leader usually invites every raider who's online, and people jump in and out between the encounters with what’s best for the next encounter in mind. This isn't micromanaged. Our members tend to rotate themselves to fit what the raid leader wants on progress, and with gear-up efficiency in mind during farm. Of course, also to just share the action. We do have a signup system, but it's mainly used for the sake of planning.
Although we do of course research and read up on what others are doing for new encounters, we tend to prefer taking time to experiment and figure out things for ourselves on site rather than following a guide so to speak. Sometimes this makes us less effective than a by-the-book approach, but it's more fun in our opinion.
Our goal is to raid this way, to be effective raiding this way and to have a blast raiding this way.
This requires a certain attitude, and quite alot of communication skill from everyone involved. It is important that you (should you be interested in joining) have this, and that you want to raid this way. If you do, you will most likely enjoy our way of raiding very much.
