“Accolade” Guild

Actively reviewing applications for Blackrock Foundary Heroic. Appropriate candidates will have a equipped ilvl660+ and able to contribute in current raiding content. Ideal candidates will have a high level of knowledge of their class. Dependable & appropriate levels of attendance are expected.

A stable internet connection and machine capable of running necessary add-ons during graphically intensive raid encounters is required. TeamSpeak is required & a working microphone (prefered but not essential).

[U]About Accolade[/U]

The guild was officially created on Nagrand (PvE) server on June, 2008. Progressed through TBC, Wotlk, Cata content; however due to a decline in alliance population and recruitment difficulties on Nagrand the guild transfered to Draenor on December, 2012 and switched to Horde. Temporary merger with another guild helped with progression but it wasn't a good fit so we are once again on our own.

Accolade is always looking for exceptional players to add to the team. We value performance, commitment, and a low-drama attitude over all else. If you're good, regardless of your class or role, we'll find room for you.

We do not consider anyone for recruitment without a complete application. If you're interested in joining, you'll need to fill one out. Application form can be found at http://www.accolade-eu.com/recruitment

Should you be invited to the guild, understand that you will be at the bottom of the totem pole. We try to work new recruits in where possible, but depending on healers there will be times you will have to sit out should your spec not be needed for certain fights.

You'll need to prove yourself where you can and we'll make sure to give you the opportunity.

We maintain open recruitment under those terms for all classes and specs.

Raid Schedule

While only raid 2 days a week, the days are not set in stone just yet. Due to work schedules days will vary however we will keep a 4 week roster up so people can see in advance which days will be raid days for those weeks.

Raid times will always be 8:30pm - 11:00pm server time.

Any exceptional player is encouraged to apply regardless of role.

-If you want to join to get loot, you're not who we're looking for. We raid because we enjoy raiding, not because we like epics. If that's not acceptable, save yourself and us some time and don't bother applying.
-If you want to join to get carried through content, you're not who we're looking for.
-If you don't think researching your spec is important, you're not who we're looking for.
-If you don't have the best possible gems and enchants on all of your gear, you're not who we're looking for.
-If you don't feel like working for your raid spot, you're not who we're looking for.
-If you think showing up on time, repairing your gear, and having proper consumables are optional, you're not who we're looking for.
