Némesis did decide to go 10 man due to recruitment issues.

We are now back to 25 man raids, borderline raider capacity, need a few more for consistency.

We are back into 25 man so bear that in mind if you decide to apply.

Please be aware that we are looking for players of a high standard and will NOT be carrying people through the tier.
If your class/spec pulls the appropriate numbers you will be considered for raid spots.

Please try to understand we value loyalty and commitment to the team over most things. Everyone has to do their time at the lower ranks but if you have patience and prioritise the end result over personal gain you will be just fine.

We are looking for players that:

•Seek guild progress and personal improvement.
•Have experience in end-game content.
•Raid at least 3 days per week.
•Full knowledge of your class.
•Are prepared for raids Tactics, Flasks, Pots, Food Etc.
•Understand and speak English.
•18+ with mature behavior.

Knowledge: We're looking for players who stay up to date on not only all of their class changes and mechanics, but also the mechanics of raid encounters, other classes, and the game in general. Know the fights. Know how to min/max. Know how you should spec and gear for specific encounters. Know how to effectively play your offspec. While healthy theorycrafting amongst raiders is common and encouraged, we are not here to teach you basics.

Skill: Impress us. Show that you can consistently top the meters (when applicable). Show that you rarely make mistakes. Show us that you know how to min/max.

Preparation: You show up to raid having thoroughly researched the encounters beforehand. With a 3 hour schedule, our raid time is precious and is not used to explain new encounters to anyone who is too lazy to read strategies and watch 15-30 minutes of video.

Attitude: We want raiders who want to be here. We want raiders who are here to enjoy the game. We want raiders who are mindful, patient, and competitive. We don't want people who are just in this for the gear. Gear is not the ultimate goal. It's merely a tool for progression. We raid to down bosses, earn achievements, and have fun doing it in an effecient manner. We keep our guild drama to a minimum. Divas, malcontents, and carry gf's need not apply.
