“Wraiths” Guild

Wraiths - Draenor is a former Romanian only guild that went international. Our goal is to clear every tier while content is still relevant and push for Cutting Edge while raiding only 2 days per week. Our raiding environment is focused, calm and collected, however, we also enjoy having a laugh while progressing. Our raid team consists of a tight group of players who consistently perform during raids whilst maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere. We are currently looking for experienced, skilled and likeminded people to fill in the gaps in our roster.


Raiding Requirements:

Know your class inside and out – We expect you to do your own research and actively try to improve your performance and maximize your output. It’s important that you maintain your character to the best of your ability.
A Mature Attitude – No unnecessary drama is tolerated - if you can't handle a joke then this is not the guild for you. Having said that, we do expect you to respect everyone both inside and outside of the guild. We also require our raiders to be able to handle constructive criticism and admit failure as we all make mistakes from time to time especially in high pressure situations. Having said that, we don’t tolerate toxicity or getting angry at your fellow raid members.
Awareness and Performance – Progressing mythic content at a reasonable pace comes down to the awareness and performance of the raid members. The mechanics of the bossfight will consistently try to kill you, so having good raid awareness and knowledge of the upcoming fights is very important. We do expect our raiders to be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to the challenging encounters. As mentioned before, we also expect our raiders to constantly try to maximize their output and to be able to react fast in the everchanging situations.
Attendance – The same players consistently showing up is one of the best keys to fast progression and reliable farm. Our goal is to have around 25-27 geared and skilled raiders in our roster which we will rotate in and out depending on which comp is the best for the bossfight. Since we only raid two times a week, we do expect our raiders to have close to a 100% attendance.
Raid Days Wednesday and Thursday from 20:00 - 23:00 Server time. Monday is optional raid day for HC clear or Mythic with alts. We also do a HC clear on the weekend with socials and other members of the guild.
