Harmony has been around since MoP, striving to clear the hardest
difficuly end-game content. Our guild is building a Semi-Hardcore
team with the aim of forming a new family of raiders who can clear
cutting edge content together. In order to attain a team capable of
this we have set the following criteria when it comes to
recruiting:
-Always strive to improve.
-Have very reliable attendance (90%+) NO LESS.
-Know the workings of your class inside and out or be willing to sit out of raids while you are learning.
-Have a working mic with clear communication.
-Stable internet connection and a stable PC. Reliability is key here.
-Patience
-The want to learn together as a team, helping each other out and constructive criticism is welcome.
If you fit the criteria then read on!
We aim to make a team from the ground up comprised of only the most competent of players. Our goals are to clear every tier of raid whilst it's relevant on the hardest difficulty. We're not aiming for realm firsts or anything too hardcore.
Although we're currently still building the team, we have started off Heroic with what core team members we have recruited so far. Because the team is yet to be complete, this is more of something to do in the meantime.
Currently, our raid days and times are as follows:
-WEDNESDAY: Mythic progression for the Mythic Team -Mandatory- 19:00 - 22:00 Server Time
-THURSDAY: Mythic progression for the Mythic Team -Mandatory- 19:00 - 22:00 Server Time
-SUNDAY: Mythic progression for the Mythic Team -Mandatory- 19:00 - 22:00 Server Time
This means we will be raiding Mythic for up to 9 hours a week and we feel this is optimal for the aims and goals we have set the team.
