Oh NOES! three classes? Lame. But summer is up, activity goes down so we gotta patch up some lower activity.
What you need:
Skills - this is what our guildies call "ability to destroy boss and move out of the f..kin' fire".
Attendance - we raid 3 times per week. 4 hours per raid. Dont even bother if you cant be sure that you can join 5/6 raids during a course of 2 weeks. We've had enough of that. 3 days per week means 12-13 hours of serious raiding, and 4 full days for "OMG RL".
Attitude - Big balls or emancipated chicks - we take you. If you cant handle some criticism, QQ-ing from Macias or Rapti's fail-sarcasm - back to colouring (Hi Sternas! <3) or tetris for you. We expect you to improve after screwing up, not emo-out and cry.
Gear - Naxx25 + Ulduar10 is minimum. If your gear says "watch me i know what i want" instead of "hi i took healer trinket lol" - you're good. If not, chances of recruitment are slim to none. Gear for two specs is preferable and a big bonus (we love you long time).
Voice - SPEAK. If you can speak on vent, join our mom insulting jokes, you're fine. If you cant, your tank dies or you die coz you wasnt able to let us know you needed a heal, we're prolly ditching you after first raid. Im not gonna go into that "pay attention and follow orders" BS, unless you're mentally challenged, that shouldn't be a problem.
PVE dualspec - if you're a hybrid, you gotta make love (heal) or war (dps), or tank ... PVP offspecs are crap, do that in your free time (notice 4 days of free time omg?). Whisper Felic for PVP. :D
What you get:
Mom Jokes 24/7 - we love dissing moms. Its funny, boosts morale and Rapti's mom. :D If you get easily offended by that, maybe join Teletubbies Fan Club instead?
Stable guild - 4 years+ up and running, mfka! Our officers got BEARD n' shizzle. Zagrez grew up in Molten Core.
Good raiding + progress - We dont raid much, but we dont screw around. If you signed for raid, you're giving it your A-game for those 4 hours or someone will take your place. Our progress speaks for itself, both 10 and 25 man. (We're not #1 in 25 man, but we dont raid 6/7 either - not that there's something wrong with raiding more, but we feel like 3 days per week is our magic number and has been for a long time).
Awesomeness - We're awesome, you're not. Yet. This is your chance to be awesome, like Bruno and Christian Bale. :D
Gear - Eeeeeeeveryone loves PURPLE. My favorite colour for colouring. You like it too, and get it every raid if you has skills. Loot Council gives you purples, being awesome gets you best hookers and playing blackjack on offdays gives you $$$.
