Past:
Insolence started as a really big guild with a variaty of members, more than 200 people of all kinds, raiders, socials, farmers etc. People kept changing over and over but we still kept organizing regularly raids (4 raids per week) both 25man and 10man for all current content at the time while keeping the social aspect of the guild at a nice level, having our members working and get to know each other on a level beyond that of strangers co-existing. The guild took a huge leap and reduced the members from over 200 to roughly 30-35 and formed standard raid groups per week which lasted up until near the end of Wotlk and decided to cease raids and any other activity beyond the social part until later on.
Future:
With the release of Cataclysm we decided to stick to 10-man raids and keep a small roster with high raid attendance. We do not aim to be the best of the world, our goal is to keep raiding because we enjoy it, do our best in the raids and progress in our own pace (does NOT mean wipe constantly because your doctor said fire baths are good for your skin).
Recruitment
There isn't any specific recruitment for insolence at the moment but we always consider good players and good applications. If you wish to apply and be part of our guild feel free to do so regardless of spec/class.
