“Bloodlust” Guild

We are raiding exclusively as a 10 man semi-hardcore guild. Our focus is to reach a total number of 15-20 core raiders. Our core has been together since Vanilla and all our effort invested in recruiting players that intend to stay with us for years to come.

Since we have a "tight" guild environment, we will pick players based on the following ranking: Personality > Skill > 18+ years of age > Attendance > Class.

We're currently raiding only three days a week as our roster allows. That's Sunday, Monday, Wednesday from 20:30 to 23:30 server time. However, we're only a few players away from implementing a 4th day and then a 5th.

Our aim is to have raids going five days a week, allowing two days to chill out. In terms of attendance we expect every player to be able to make at least 3 raids a week. If we're currently recruiting, that's because we can't make it to five days raiding. The moment we achieve that, recruitment will close.

Generally speaking, if we have enough people online that wanna do something, we will raid. You need to understand this principal in full because obviously there will be days out of the five you won't make it to a raid but we'll try for everyone to raid 3 times a week minimum.

As a new recruit you'll be given the initiate rank which you will pass or fail in two weeks time. Passing trial gives you the Raider rank. After several moths have passed and since you've proven to be a player we can count on to stick with the guild for years to come, you'll be awarded the Veteran Rank.

We prioritize players into raids as follows: Initiate > Officer (Raid Leader) > Veteran > Raider.

We want to stress out we're only looking for skilled and raid aware players. While your gear isn't that important, we'd appreciate it if you took the time and effort to improve your gear to pre-raiding standards before you apply. We believe it's clear, we will reject any application written with haste so take your time when applying in order to make a good impression.

You may also apply as a social member. However, you'll be passing through trial time for the sake of personality match. As a social, keep one basic rule in mind: "Never ask for a raid spot.". If you do, you will be kicked.
