“Road to Twenty” Guild

Hi we're a fairly casual guild that raids twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays from 8pm-11pm (GMT+2). Do note that this time remains the same even through daylight savings. We're mostly made up of a group of South African friends who've been going since midway through Mists of Pandaria.

Progress is 13/13 Normal and 11/13 Heroic. Best attempt on Mannoroth is 15% so should get him next week.

Ideally I'd like to get up to 20-25 people on a night due to raid scaling, etc. Right now we have around 12-15ish on a night. Essentially I just want people who are patient and able to have a good time, rather than loot-mongers who cannot tolerate even 1 wipe. People who show up consistently is also a must.

We're looking for a full-time backup healer and tank (as our other tank sometimes has to travel for work). Other than that, looking for a few more DPS to round things out (check out the roster). More backup healers and tanks would be awesome (as in someone who mains DPS then swaps to the other role on a night on the off-chance that one of our core members cannot make it). I'd honestly accept any class if you're willing to be a backup role.

Also please do note that I don't bench people. If you show up on a night, you're in. So when I say "backup" above, it means you participate in every raid, you're just willing to swap if the team needs it. The only time I bench someone is if we're doing progress and you aren't pulling your weight.

The last point that I'd like to make is I don't care much for your experience in HFC, as long as you show up, are polite and respectful over chat and are willing to learn and improve.
