Requirements:
- Good raiding experience in recent tiers
- Near 100% attendance
- Being able to take criticism for what it is
- Being vocal and giving feedback during prog. We don't recruit people who don't contribute to progress and "wait for pull timer"
- Raid must be your priority over every other aspect of the game during progress. We take care of M+ pushers after prog with gear if they play well.
- You must have 1 alt for splits.
# What we offer

- We always up our game and effort to be better than our previous tier, as you can see from "Previous achievements" section.
- A fair trial period with feedback regarding your performance once progress is over.
- Dedicated leadership when it comes to prep.
- We take care of our M+ pushers with Gear once progress is over, IF they are fully committed to progress.
