*Attendance, being able to show up to 90% of the raids.
Telling an officer if you cannot make a raid or if you are late
Be on time and raid ready with bonus tokens and consumables.
*Vocal if required to
*Knowing all specs for your class
*Having a decent understanding of boss mechanics and applying them in raids
*Up to date addons: dbm/bigwing for timers, rclootcouncil for loot
*BiS Enchants & Gems for your spec
