“Converge” Guild

Converge has been around since the summer of 2013, we started as a merge between various players from various guilds on Khadgar back when the offering of 25-man guilds on Alliance was at an all time low. We have proven we work as a merge and a team. We are keen to improve our ranks further. As of 06/03/17 the guild has transferred to Horde in the hopes of accessing a wider pool of potential recruits.

The type of people we are looking for are:
• Players comfortable with all aspects of their class, i.e. pure DPS who can play all 3 of their specs.
• Those who play to a very high standard, both in terms of throughput and raid awareness.
• Players who take the initiative and don't wait to be spoon fed or have their hands held.
• Those who know they are at the top of their game but also appreciate that everyone can improve their play, no matter who or where they are.
• People looking for a new home, not a stepping stone.

Raid days/times:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Monday. 2000 - 2330 server. We occasionally stay until 2345 or 2400 if people are willing. During the first two weeks of a new raid we add an extra raid night - Sunday.

We are not recruiting for the bench, if we accept your trial it is because we think you are capable of being a part of our core team.

We pride ourselves on providing a great environment to raid in. A lot of our recruits compliment us on the way we raid and the way the guild is ran. Very few people have left us to join a different guild over the years, almost all of our turnover is due to people stepping down or quitting the game. We believe this speaks volumes about the atmosphere within our guild.
